Joel’s cabin was an answer to our prayers. I originally booked another cabin for our Christmas family vacation and about an hour out from Gatlinburg, I get a phone call from the owner and he tells me he is going to have to cancel my reservation because the water wasn’t working. Needless to say I was distraught because we had been driving for 8 hours with 2 vehicles full of teenagers and my two 80 y.o disabled parents. I was frantic but the cabin owner told me to give him some time to see what he could do for us. About an hour later, I get a call back from him and he tells me he had reached out to his friend Joel, and it just so happened that he had an opening that we could rent. I immediately accepted that offer and booked this cabin with Joel. Joel was our lifesaver that day! He was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was everything we needed and expected. It was new, clean, spacious, and plenty of comfy beds for our family of 9. The location was perfect.

Everything about this cabin was perfect. Location, bedrooms, pool, and hot tub. No issues at all. Joel responded quickly to all my questions. Would definitely recommend this cabin and will be staying here again in the near future. Thanks Joel.

Our family of 12 had a wonderful stay! The home felt like a newer development and was spacious enough for everyone to be comfortable. There were plenty of beds and activities, and the pool was a great bonus. The location was excellent—only one minute from Pigeon Forge’s main street. Joel was very responsive and communicative, which we truly appreciated. We would definitely recommend staying here!

It's a beautiful and clean house. It's with in walking distance to the beach and only minutes drive from most restaurants and other activities that you would expect to find in a beach town. Joel was in contact with us thru out our stay and was very easy to get a hold of. I would most definitely recommend this property.

This was such a great place to stay! Great spot and beautiful views. Joel was very communicative and even checked in on us during the trip to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect, perfect location. Easy to get to grocery stores. it is definitely hilly, but you get used to it.The cabin is absolutely perfect enough room for everybody, clean and has everything that you need. My son thoroughly enjoyed the theater as well as we enjoyed the air hockey and playing the video games. I highly recommend this cabin, especially the host they're absolutely wonderful.

The place was perfect for our Christmas trip. It was well-stocked and in a great location. Easy access to the beach and having beach chairs and a wagon were a huge bonus!

Our stay was as close to n perfect as it could get. The Cabin was spacious and welcoming. The kitchen had most everything we would need. We had a great stay that allowed us much needed family time.

Place was exactly as shown. Clean and tidy. The hot tub and pool were the favorites of the kids. Joel was very responsive and informative. Proactive about making sure you enjoyed your stay and were getting the most out of it.
