A wonderful stay, clean and comfortable with king comfortable beds all with attached bathrooms and a huge tv and PlayStation for the kids!The pool and hot tub was a hit! When it snowed outside one day, we were in the comfort of the cabin swimming! Would definitely recommend this cabin stay to anyone! Thanks for a great family experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy lake house. The space was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with beautiful lake views. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made everything easy and relaxing. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

We’ve stayed in numerous Sevier County cabins over the years and this one certainly is one of the best. The information provided by and communication from the owners tops most of the experiences we’ve had. The info provided before and after arrival was very helpful. Moreover, their rules and expectations during the stay and for departure were more reasonable than most. They also have a better view than most placed we’ve stayed. Happy to recommend them and stay here again.

Fabulous, convenient location that is central to everything in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The pirate theme is fun and cute— our kids loved the ship room, and it was amazing to have an indoor pool to swim in when the weather outside was cold and dreary. Great, responsive and friendly hosts and an all-around wonderful experience, easiest five star rating ever!

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores, and it did not disappoint. Joel’s home was absolutely amazing. We stayed here with another family, for a total of nine people, and the house had plenty of space for everyone. The kids especially loved the heated pool and the beach toys that Joel provided. During our stay, we were running low on trash bags, and Joel even stopped by with more, along with cinnamon rolls for the kids. They were a huge hit! Thanks again for an amazing stay. We would definitely come back!

If you need a nice getaway and looking for the perfect location. Please stay at Bigfoot Basecamp!!! Very nice, clean and organized. Joel was awesome. Very responsive and great communicator. Love the mystery clue game!!!! Bigfoot would love the company so please book!!!!!

We stayed for my daughter’s wedding, peaceful and quiet. I felt right at home for the week. The kids enjoyed the game room and bunk beds. Joel was very nice and accommodating! We look forward to staying again!

The cabin was amazing. We enjoyed every inch of it, especially the indoor pool and hot tub when it was cold outside. It was very quiet at night and within a few minutes drive to the center of town. Joel was very responsive and we had everything we needed. We had a lovely time with friends. I would highly recommend this cabin if you want a cozy and relaxing atmosphere with plenty of space to move around freely on all floors. This place is a gem and we will definitely be returning for a longer stay. Thanks Joel for hosting us!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the pirate-themed cabin in the mountains! The location couldn’t have been better — tucked into a beautiful spot, so close to all the fun activities in the area. It made exploring super easy while still feeling peaceful and private. The pirate theme was incredible and so thoughtfully done. There was pirate decor everywhere you looked, and the kids were beyond thrilled with their bedroom, which was fully decorated like a ship’s cabin. What really made the stay exceptional, though, was how amazing the host, Joel, was. We texted him at 1 AM with a question and he responded immediately, which was so impressive and reassuring. He was friendly, attentive, and clearly cares about his guests having the best experience possible.

Great stay for our family trip. Joel was very responsive and worked with us to resolve a glitch. Place was as described, in a beautiful and convenient location...would stay again if we're in the area!
